Meet The Silhouette Wardrobe Staff:

Marlene is an American Board Certified Mastectomy Fitter and is the Director of Susquehanna Valley Prosthetics and Orthotics feminine boutique, The Silhouette Wardrobe. Marlene is also the Office Manager for SVPO. Marlene works at the Shamokin Dam location and can be reached at 570-743-1414.

 

Here’s Marlene’s Story...


While working as the Office Manager at SVPO, Marlene saw so many lives improve as they achieved confidence and independence with various prosthetics and orthotics. She saw the need for a women’s boutique to help women who have undergone Mastectomy’s or Lumpectomy’s.
“It is very important to me, to be able to give women options & choices to help them feel whole, sensual and like themselves again. I’m proud of the fact, that we can help women from Twenty to Ninety!”

Wendy is a Board Eligible Mastectomy Fitter. Trained and certified through Amoena and Truelife, companies that are well known and preferred by the prosthetic industry. Wendy works at the Pleasant Gap location and can be reached at 814-359-1244.

 

 

Here's Wendy's Story...


Wendy has been with Susquehanna Valley Prosthetics and Orthotics since February 2008, but is no stranger to the prosthetic industry. Wendy has been married for 37 years to a below the knee amputee and is very familiar with the work involved in getting patients back to a happy and productive life. She has also had the experience and knowledge of how the prosthetic industry has evolved. "This has been the most rewarding experience I've had. It’s an intensely emotional feeling, knowing I can help someone feel whole again."
